In case you needed a reminder, Shakira is still thriving. Case in point: the Colombian icon’s latest project won a Grammy for Best Latin Pop Album, she looked stunning in a Prabal Gurung gown at the Met Gala, and now, she’s on a World Tour supporting Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran. And, ya know, she’s had a fruitful music career for almost 35 years with hits like “She Wolf” and “BZRP Music Sessions #53.”

Shak kicked off the U.S. leg of the Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran Tour in Charlotte, North Carolina, on May 13. To commemorate the occasion, she pulled out all the stops and brought out not one, but two special guests: Alejandro Sanz and Wyclef Jean.

Alejandro and Shakira performed their record-breaking 2005 track, “La Tortura,” at Bank of America Stadium for the first time in six years. They last sang the song together during Alejandro’s 2019 tour stop in Barcelona, and the Spanish singer showed love for his collaborator on social media after their on-stage reunion in NC.

Shakira shared a post where she gushed about him and their decades-long friendship. “How they cheered for you last night!!! A thousand years may pass, along with a thousand more, but what happens between us on stage will remain unique! ❤️” she wrote in Spanish.
